THE ORIGINAL EVIL ?!
[/sub]THE PLOT. The year was 1579 and the magical world was in chaos. In each corner of Europe, there was one evil that struck fear into the hearts of every witch and wizard. One man with thousands at his command had brought the world into dark times. No one knew his actual name, but people just called him Callus. Even with the horrible dread he caused, no one tried to stand up against him. He was too powerful, even without his guardsmen. No on tried to stop him. Except one man. After years of people acting like cowards, one powerful wizard stood up to him. This wizard was Eugene Sevoiré, a man of good magic, and he challenged Callus to a one on one duel. The evil master agreed, overconfident enough to think he could never be stopped. This man thought he was invincible, but that was not true. After a long duel between the two of them, Sevoiré hit Callus with a spell, knocking him down. He had the chance to defeat Callus and was going to take that chance, but, when he knew he was defeated, Callus used a spell on himself. Instantly, he turned to ashes, and all that was left were his ashes and his wand. One of his guardsmen rushed forward and collected the ashes and wand, and all of them disapparated and were gone. The world was now safe from his rule and reconstruction began, along with the start of a better world.
The year is now 2017 and peace has settled itself into the wizarding world. It has been 438 years since Callus's reign and it has pretty much been forgotten. People have already been through another evil, a threat called "Voldemort". His terror was challenged and defeated by a young boy, which restored the tranquility in the world. People still have deep hidden fear over Voldemort and still believe he may return to the world. But it is not Voldemort who they should fear making a return.
It was the headline for newspapers everywhere. A new prophecy had been created, one that put a scare in every witch and wizard. "A great evil will return." That is was the prophecy said, and everyone jumped to the the same conclusion. They all thought Voldemort would be coming back. They all thought he was the "great evil". These thoughts were wrong, but the assumptions did stir up fear and paranoia all over the magical community. This craze was the necessary component for the plan to work. You see, shadowy character have been cropping up all over the United Kingdom. No, they aren't Death Eaters, although that was what was thought at first. Once they realized this was not true, people began calling these shadowy figures "The Cult" because they usually gathered in groups. They have a mysterious plot that deals with dark magic, the darkest of magic, actually. So dark, people have not used it in a long time because of the evil behind them. Then they faded with time, and eventually became forgotten. These witches and wizards dealing with the darkest of magic know the truth of the prophecy. They know Callus is the great evil that will return. For their plan to work, they must create fear and panic in the world to establish the perfect conditions for his return.
